Shimmer is playable — you can walk around, pick up items, and explore the starting zone. But the spirit editor is still being built, so the 10 species and their evolutions are designed but not all in-game yet. Getting there.
The tavern card game works. Four players, rune matching, set building. AI opponents are functional, sound and animations are in. Still rough around the edges but you can sit down and play a full round.
The lore bible hit 68k words across 63 entries — characters, magic systems, geography, cuisine, history. Most of this lives behind the scenes powering the games and stories. The wiki pages on the site show a fraction of it.
First draft of the prologue and chapter one — 26 pages, ~20k words. Still in draft status, not polished. The story backbone through chapter 3 is outlined. Long way to go but the foundation is down.
