Rules
- Backbone is creative work — this is where the story lives
- Eyuun expands, doesn't invent — beats are the skeleton
- Voice anchors are sacred — they survive expansion unchanged
- Sparse > bloated — better to underwrite than overexplain
- One scene = one backbone — don't combine
Workflow
1. Write backbone (~400-600 words)
2. Review — beats clear? voice anchors right?
3. Queue for Eyuun expansion
4. Review output — cut bloat, verify voice
5. Lock final prose
